Return Policy
- What can be returned?
- All products, excluding those personalized or private labeled, can be returned to Harmony Fishing Company.
- When must items be returned by?
- Harmony Fishing offers a 30 day money back return period for any reason. We also warranty our products to be free of defect. If a defect is found in a product within one year of ordering, Harmony Fishing will replace those parts at no cost to the buyer.
- Where do the items need to be returned to?
- All returns will ship to Harmony Fishing's facility in New Jersey. This location will be specified by the customer service representative upon notification that an item will be returned.
- How do customers return items?
- To return an item, a customer will contact Harmony Fishing by way of phone or email.
- Shipping of Returns
- In the event that a customer returns an item within 30 days for any reason other than a defective item, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to Harmony Fishing. In the event that an item is found defective within one calendar year of purchase, Harmony Fishing will cover the costs of replacement shipping.
- Credit/Refund for Returns
- When an item is returned, the customer will be offered a refund in the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange for a comparable item. The return value will be equal to the original item purchase amount, excluding shipping and any other miscellaneous costs.
- Return Item Packaging & Condition
- In order for Harmony Fishing to process a return, the item must arrive at Harmony Fishing Company's facility in the original packaging and condition.

- All of Harmony Fishing's products shown for sale on this website are available for shipping.
- When do we ship?
- While most of our orders ship the same day or the following day, all orders on our website are shipped within 2 business days of order completion and payment clearance. Business days include all days, Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays and any day which the United States Postal Service is not offering package services. In the event that an order can not ship within the allotted time frame, Harmony Fishing will contact the customer in regards to the delay.
- Where do we ship?
- Harmony Fishing ships items on a global basis, limited only by the number of countries in which USPS delivers. If you do not see your country in our delivery address list, please contact us for a shipping quote.

- Harmony Fishing ships orders by the methods offered by the United States Postal Service through services including, but not limited to First Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. Harmony Fishing reserves the right to substitute another carrier service for any order.

- Shipping rates for all orders can be determined during checkout by the customer. If you feel that the rate was calculated in error, please contact us regarding the rate in question.
- How to track an order that has been shipped
- Harmony Fishing uses Shipstation (Stamps.com) for virtually all of our website shipping services. Customers should receive an automated email from ShipStation (Stamps.com) including their tracking information. If you do not receive a tracking update, please contact us for tracking information.

- Harmony Fishing makes every effort to use recycled materials in shipping and packing materials.
