- Harmony's environmentally friendly tungsten is nearly twice as dense as lead, meaning your tungsten weight is half the size of the same weight lead sinker. The greater density equals greater sensitivity, allowing you to feel the bottom like never before. The built in line-swivel helps reduce line twist.

Constructed of 98% tungsten, these weights are about half the size of a lead sinker of the same weight. Smaller size means less hangups, whether you're fishing grass, weeds, brush, wood, rocks, or any type of cover. Tungsten's higher density also means greater sensitivity. Tungsten transmits vibration through your line better than lead, brass, or steel weights, so you can better feel the structure and cover that you are fishing.
Pair your dropshot weight with 6-10lb low-visibility line (such as monofilament, flourocarbon, or copolymer) on a medium or medium-light action spinning rod. Tie on a dropshot hook (such as Harmony's Razor Series DropShot Hooks) and attach your dropshot weight to the tag end of the line below the hook. Weight leader length can vary depending how far your want your bait to sit off the bottom. Add your favorite soft plastic bait such as Berkley Havoc Worms, Netbait Contour Worms, Roboworms, Strike King KVD Dream Shot, Zoom Worms/Flukes, and Z-Man Finnesse ShadZ/TRD; and you are ready to fish the dropshot!
